You use your knowledge of mobile diagnosis and training experience to improve the Xiaomi service center’s technical ability and Xiaomi service quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for ASCs (Controlling high part consumption, Process Adherence, Audit)
- Visit to different ASCs of the region.
- Answer technical inquires, diagnose problems, and technical verification.
- Provide technical training and examination for engineers & CCOs.
- Be responsible for issues recreation in lab or onsite, bug report, and defect verifications.
- Technical support for emergency cases.
- Technical Issues sample collection
- Closely working with the R&D and testing team.
- Analysis of data.
- 4+ years of mobile phone testing or training experience.
- A Bachelor’s or Masters in Electronics & Communication or equivalent engineering experience.
- Good knowledge of excel & Presentation.
- Sound knowledge of mobile equipment, networks.
- Good Communication skills (English – oral and writing).
- Good coordination ability.
