ncd.io is a Leader in IoT Hardware Development. You will interact with ncd.io customers according to an engagement plan, observe their progress over time, advise them on IoT and Cloud best practices, train them on ncd Products. Your core responsibility is to help transform customers’ businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor to customers by engaging with them on a regular basis in order to understand customer status, challenges, and trends, and to make them feel heard and supported
  • Learn the NCD hardware ecosystem so that you can train customers on new and underutilized features
  • Develop and implement a strategic engagement plan for each enterprise customer
  • Identify gaps in customer implementation plans and provide guidance to help them grow and scale quickly
  • Collaborate with Engineers to identify and resolve technical issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a general management, product leadership
  • 1+ years of experience working with Hardware or Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, MQTT
  • Strong customer focus and orientation
  • Excellent and clear communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to tie activities to business outcomes
  • Rigorous analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Comfortable wearing the many hats that come with a dynamic, fast-moving start-up environment
  • Strong planning, analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
